Abiodun Adegoke

CHAIRMAN, ADVISORY BOARD

‘Biodun Adegoke is a High-Growth Entrepreneur, Venture Capitalist, Tech-Expert and Philanthropist. Graduate of Banking & Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University and holds an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. ‘Biodun experience covers Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Financial Technology & Innovation, Strategy and Business Advisory.

He has worked with banks such as Citibank Nigeria, First City Monument Bank Limited (FCMB) and Fidelity Bank where he held various positions and pioneered diverse payment solutions for the banks. He was also the Director, Key Accounts and Enterprise Payment Partnership with Opay Digital Services, a FINTECH Company actively involved in driving Financial Inclusion in Nigeria.

Biodun is on the Advisory Board of FinTech Companies in Nigeria and several others. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, FINTECH Association of Nigeria, Nigeria Economic Summit Group and Alumnus of Lagos Business School

Oriyomi Adebare-Anthony

PRESIDENT

Oriyomi Adebare-Anthony is an editor, writer, operations/admin/HR professional with over four years’ experience working in multiple industries.

Oriyomi manages Witty Inventions Consult, a content writing and editorial services firm.

She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and an Intermediate Level member of Society for Book and Magazine Editors of Nigeria (SBMEN).

Doris Aniakor

DIRECTOR, PROGRAMS & ADMINISTRATION

Doris Aniakor is a communications professional with expertise in mass media, social media and public health. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication as well as other professional certifications, recognition and membership.
 
She has served as a content creator, business development executive, social media consultant and has had the opportunity to work on different projects with demonstrated expertise and competence in Donors’ program activities, implementation and supervision. 
 
On the job now as a health counselor and lead for Index case-finding and testing services amongst other achievements, she likes counseling, writing, reading, tourism and innovation.

Segun Abiona

DIRECTOR, SEEDINVEST

Segun Abiona is a Salesman, Entrepreneur, Ex- Investment banker, and founder, Nicole & Giovanni Limited.

He has a degree in Finance from the University of Lagos, MSc. Financial Management with Corporate Accountability from Middlesex University in London specializing in Corporate Governance and attended Harvard University course on Innovation and Strategy.

Segun has worked at NurnBerger, Cashcraft Asset Management, Cordros Capital Limited (Both Members of the Nigerian Stock Exchange), Barclays Bank, London and First City Monument Bank, Nigeria, all spanning 14 years.

An astute advocate of Sales, Marketing, Branding and the Act of Execution.

Nkem Offonabo

DIRECTOR, PEOPLE OPERATIONS

Nkem Offonabo is a purpose-driven woman on a mission to help busy professionals and entrepreneurs achieve Work-Life Harmony. A graduate in Psychology with a Special Executive Management Program (SEMP) MBA from Metropolitan School of Business and Management, UK.

She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi®️) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM) with over a decade work experience spanning across Recruitment, Selection and On-Boarding, Employee Relations, Organisation Development and Change Management, Product and Business Development in the Financial Services Industry. Nkem is a trained Life Coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming Professional. She is the Founder of The Work-Life Organisation Global Limited, a Professional Coaching and Human Resources Management Consultancy..

Nkem is the author of the  bestselling book, The Harmonised Life, a Personal Leadership and Organisational Transformation book. She is also the Lead Coach, The Harmonised Life Academy (THLA).

Temitayo Adetola

DIRECTOR, FINANCE

Temitayo Adetola is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with over 14 years work related experience. Graduate of accounting from Yaba College of Technology and Oxford Brooks University, UK, Temitayo work experience spans Organizations such as Citiserve Microfinance Bank and First City Monument Bank Group where he worked in various capacity from the Bank as Lead, Operations MIS and Performance measurement and also as a Business Partner for FCMB Asset management and FCMB Trustees limited.

Temitayo is currently the Country Head of Finance with GLS-NAS, Liberia with responsibility over Corporate Finance, Treasury Management , Tax management, Budgeting, management & regulatory reporting, Overseeing Acct recevable, Acct payable, Admin & Procurement, HR and IT.


He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria.

Akpevwe Audrey Odogu

DIRECTOR, MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS

Audrey Akpevwe Odogu is a social development expert, volunteer management & engagement professional with 10-years working experience in the social sector.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan and a Bachelors in Library and Information Science from Delta State University.

Audrey is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, a founding member of the Girl Force Movement and an Alumni of Lagos Business School Sustainability Centre and Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) from the Regional Leadership Centre.

Chioma Ezenwanne

PROGRAMS COORDINATOR, CAMPUS KIT

Chioma Ezenwanne is the programs coordinator of Campus Kit – an initiative of Biodun and Ibikunle Foundation, accountable for overseeing the overall administration and growth of the program. She has over four years of working experience in the non-profit, and for profit sectors.

During her career, she has built a reputation for operational excellence, strategic thinking, and is relied upon as an ethical and dependable support specialist and leader that blends advanced organizational, technical and business acumen.

She began her career as an Executive Assistant, where she developed and nurtured working relationships with colleagues and clients, with the greatest level of integrity, professionalism and discretion.

Shortly after, she moved to the non-profit space to become a program officer in charge of developing and maintaining relationships of key partners in Bethesda Child Support Agency. She efficiently pioneered and directed start-up and growth operations at Avale Africa – a fast growing Fintech company, with a focus on developing partnerships and endorsements. Her expertise in identifying market segments and communication to serve the needs of companies through business development has delivered outstanding results throughout her career.

In addition to her work in these organizations, she is particularly passionate about driving positive social impact and she displays this commitment by deploying her experience to supporting innovation and building strong communities in the non-profit sector.

Chioma holds a degree in Geological Sciences from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
