Adam has over three decades of professional experience in financial services covering Corporate Finance, Consumer Banking, Institutional Banking Treasury, Commercial/SME Banking and Human Capital Management. He has Served on the board of several Financial Institutions which include First City Monument Bank Limited, where he retired as the Managing Director in 2021, Nigeria Interbank Settlement System (NIBSS) as non-Executive Director, and Chairman of Arab Gambia Islamic Bank.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University in 1988 with a specialization in Finance. He is a Fellow of The Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM), Fellow of The Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria (FICA) and Honorary Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB), in recognition of his contribution to the banking industry in the multi-sector areas of consumer lending, digital transformation, public sector banking, leadership mentorship, payments, collections and settlement services.
Adam has attended several executive management and leadership courses at leading institutions, which include Harvard Business School and INSEAD. Over his three decades in the financial services sector, Adam has supervised and participated in several revenue enhancement initiatives and projects, at national, sub national levels and in the private sector, all of which have contributed to sustainable growth in the country. He is a firm believer in the National Financial Inclusion Strategy and a strong advocate for using technology to drive transformation and innovation.
He also has interests in the Manufacturing, Agriculture, Marine Services and Financial Technology (FINTECH) sectors, where he continues to use his wealth of experience and leadership acumen to create employment opportunities to grow the economy.
He is a member of the Bridge Club, a not-for-profit organization comprised of accomplished professionals from the public and private sectors who are collectively committed to promoting economic growth and development in the country. He also participates in youth empowerment, mentoring, and leadership grooming.
Adam is happily married with children, widely travelled, loves fishing, farming and engages in volunteer work during his spare time.

Biodun is on the Advisory Board of FinTech Companies in Nigeria and several others. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, FINTECH Association of Nigeria, Nigeria Economic Summit Group and an Alumnus of Lagos Business School
Oriyomi Adebare-Anthony is an editor, writer, operations/admin/HR and development professional with over four years’ experience working in multiple industries.
She is an astute administrator, experienced with coordinating programmes from start to finish.
She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and an Intermediate Level member of Society for Book and Magazine Editors of Nigeria (SBMEN).
Oriyomi has a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and a Master’s in Managerial Psychology from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile -Ife. She is an alumnus of the School of Media and Communications, Pan-Atlantic University.
Adebola Adedeji is the Managing Director of Ecobank Nominees Limited (A Member of the Ecobank Group) and Heads the Global Custody business at Ecobank Nigeria with regional oversight across some West African markets.
She has over 14 years’ experience within the financial services industry. Her areas of expertise include business development, strategy, institutional custody & securities services, and treasury management. She started her career with Guaranty Trust Bank Plc in 2008, and has also worked with NatWest Bank UK, Citibank UK, First City Monument Bank and FSDH Merchant Bank.
Adebola is a pioneer, having set up the custody businesses in 3 Banks (two Commercial Banks and one Merchant Bank), acquiring regulatory operating licenses, putting the operational processes and risk management frameworks in place, staffing and recruitment, budgeting and every other activity involved in starting a business line and setting up a company. She has successfully spearheaded small and large projects including but not limited to, automation of revenue generation process, development of custody safekeeping software in conjunction with a local software developer, and most recently is championing a project to ease the process of investing across various markets, as a way of increasing investment opportunities and outlets for Ecobank investors across regions where the Bank has presence.
As part of her contribution to the society, she volunteers with CrimsonBow Sickle Cell Initiative, Lagos State, Nigeria, as the Director of Strategy & Partnerships, whilst also financially supporting the Pearl Sickle Cell Initiative in Kwara State, Nigeria. She is deeply moved by the plights of sickle cell warriors who struggle through life managing their day-to-day tasks whilst dealing with the various challenges that come with being a warrior, most of which border on not being economically and financially empowered, and the attendant emotional burden borne by both the warriors and their carers.
Adebola holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiology from the University of Lagos and an MSc in International Management from the University of Southampton, UK. She has a curious mind and always seeks ways of increasing her knowledge in every area of life. She is a firm believer in mentoring, using a one-on-one approach at influencing her generation and generations after. She is adept at organizing people and activities, doesn’t take herself too seriously and loves to read, dance, and listen to music. In her spare time, she also volunteers with Surge, the Youth Ministry of the Elevation Church, which she was once led as the Global Coordinator.

(Chartered Accountants) is a Chartered Accountant, Tax Professional and a Data & Agile Business Analyst collaborating in a cross-functional team with nerve for financial probity, good attention to financial details, good precision, meeting time-boxed deliverables, delivering value-adding insights – with focus on dissemination of required Financial or Management Information and Justification for business decisions, fully armed with an effective policy and/or framework for business/project success.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is an alumnus of ADRAC Business School, Lagos.
He has had over 15 years post-graduation experience and over 8 years Managerial positioning in Accounting and Finance functions. He has work experience as a Project Manager/ Business Analyst delivering software products through Digital Bananas Technology, United Kingdom. He heads a consultancy team in Partnership with Penta Consulting, United Kingdom supporting MTN Nigeria, Nokia Solutions and Networks Nig. Ltd. (NOKIA), LM Ericsson, Huawei etc., in deploying Local & Expatriate resources in the Nigerian Telecoms sector.
He had an extensive joint audit experience with the firm of Ernst & Young (EY) on an audit of a publicly quoted Telecoms Infrastructure Company. He is also experienced with the audit of a multinational pharmaceutical company, as well as Banking, Investment & Financial Services, Government Agencies, Insurance Brokerage, Stock Brokerage, Manufacturing, Trade Services etc., supporting SMEs with financial and regulatory compliances.
